Furthermore, try to remain calm and keep your writing concise and very simple. For example, if you want the reader to turn the air conditioning on you must tell what temperature he or she should set the air conditioning unit on and when to turn it on.


Always remember to create a draft. You must use the outline you have written to draft the table of contents. That is because your technical paper will be read by many other people as well. So it will help if you explain the problem very clearly. You must tell why the solution provided is interesting, how the problem is solved and why the particular has not been solved previously by others.
